IBA Files Appeal of Interchange Decision to the Seventh Circuit

The Illinois Bankers Association and its co-plaintiffs have filed a notice of appeal for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit to review a recent order denying in part the IBA’s motion for a permanent injunction against enforcement of the Illinois Interchange Fee Prohibition Act.
