Crypto is officially mainstream. With the President’s Executive Order 14178, new guidance from the
SEC and federal banking regulators, the GENIUS Act being signed into law, and the July 31 report
from the President’s Working Group on Digital Asset Markets, it is clear that digital assets are now
part of the mainstream financial system. Digital assets are a growth area for crypto companies,
traditional financial institutions, and their customers. This session will explore how banks and other
traditional financial institutions can identify and seize opportunities, and avoid pitfalls, in the digital
