Illinois Bankers PAC
Illinois Bankers PAC is a statewide, nonpartisan Political Action Committee (PAC) organized by members of the Illinois Bankers Association to benefit the entire banking industry through political contributions to state, local, and federal candidates.
Without a well-funded PAC, our voice in government will be weakened. No industry faces the regulation and legislation that banking does. That's why the banking industry needs a strong PAC. 100% of your contribution goes to worthy political candidates who support the views and future of our industry.
Your contribution does not pay for travel reimbursement, overnight hotel stays, or meals for staff like some other political action committees do. The bottom line is...give a little, and you get A LOT!

Illinois Bankers PAC is composed of a state and federal PAC.
- Individuals contributing to the federal PAC must provide prior authorization. Has your bank completed the Authorization Form?

National banks cannot make a corporate contribution to Illinois Bankers PAC; they can, however, make a corporate contribution to the Administrative Fund. National banks may also contribute through a holding company contribution or individual contributions. This fund is used for silent auction purchases, golf outing overhead, etc.
- Earn a higher level of recognition with your contribution(s) - Rock Star, Fair Share and Individual categories.
- Contributors are recognized throughout the year at IBA events and receive special recognition in the Illinois Banker magazine.

The bank suggested contributions based on the bank’s asset size in millions. A bank can achieve FAIR SHARE or ROCK STAR status by a single bank contribution OR bank and individual contributions.
